Mountain Biking

Beginner/ Instructional Mountain Biking - If you want to learn to mountain bike, a bit of instruction with Trail Wise Guides will start you off on the right foot. Start with the basics, build your confidence, and away you go. We'll teach you balance, stance, braking, shifting, pedaling, and safety.

Scenic dirt roads, easy jeep trails and single track make up our training grounds. Out in the forest, away from the crowds, where you can relax and enjoy the ride. Some of our beginner rides are point to point where there is far more downhill than up hill so you can enjoy miles of downhill cruising, with very little up hill pedaling. This is a great way to go for families.

Adventure Biking - So you're a mountain biker, eh? How gnarly do you want it? A little gnarly, semi-gnarly, or double-black diamond gnarly? Well, whatever your desire, we've got the rockin' trail to satisfy your soul. Jeep trails and single track trails, creek crossings and big vistas are what make up our adventure biking tours. Maybe you've never been out with a guide?

How many days are you out in Colorado for? We'll make sure you hit a home run with a standout day of mountain biking. We match the perfect trail to your ability level - That's our business, and when you've got the perfect trail, with a great day, and the right equipment, with the right company, you can't go wrong! Call us, and we'll show you backcountry biking... away from the crowds, immersed in nature and solitude. A perfect vacation day.
